- Sales & Lodging tax are additional.
- The Fairgate Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
- No pets are allowed.
- Two adults per room.
- Accepted Payment Methods: VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX, Travelers Checks, Cash, and Checks with address and phone number printed and supported by drivers license.
- Open all year. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Day have limited services.
- Check In time is between 4-6pm or with previous arrangements.
- Check Out time is 11am.
- Cancellations require a 72 hour notice prior to date of arrival for refund. The fee for processing any cancellation is $20.
- Gift Certificates are available for our guest suites.
- Full gourmet breakfast is served in the Dinning Room no earlier than7:30am and no later the 9:00am.
- Corporate and long term rates are available. Please call our office for more information based on your needs.
